Ritu is really great in her field. First time home buyer and actually not really familiar with all the processes, contract conditions, inspections etc. but working with her, the process went well from home viewing to inspection and even applying for a mortgage as she has all the resources/ contacts. I cannot express with words how Amazing Ritu Bagga is. We were shopping for our first home and worked with few other realtors who never bothered to ask what our needs are. Ritu was so experienced, she basically asked us questions and showed us exactly what we wanted.

We saw so many houses and closed and even backed out on one. Throughout this whole process she was extremely patient and understanding. Most of all her experience comes in really handy to make decision.

Ritu really cares, she genuinely wants you to buy a good home. She is practically family to us now.
